KINDRED SPIRITS EQUINE INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE

Our equine experience includes mindful practices, trust-building, bonding, grooming, basic groundwork, and learning the language of the horse. No riding involved and no prior horse experience necessary.

Horses teach us acceptance, kindness, patience, honesty, compassion, and forgiveness. They have an amazing ability to mirror our inner world and connect us to the truest and most beautiful parts of ourselves.

TAI CHI FOR BALANCE WORKSHOPS
The slow and gentle movements of Tai Chi address the key components of physical as well as mental wellness – increased muscle strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, longevity, functionality, and quality of life. The mental health benefits include decreased stress, anxiety, depression and mood disturbance, and increased self-esteem.
This class offers the additional immune-boosting benefits of being in nature and will be held outdoors as long as weather permits.
