I believe we are all created with the tools needed to live happy, fulfilled and complete lives.  In my work, it is a privilege to journey with my clients as they discover their inner strength and courage to live a life they love. I use a holistic therapeutic approach, nurturing the essential connection between mind, body and spirit.  Along with evidenced based CBT, I also utilize collaborative approaches with mindfulness, breath work, visualization, nutrition, physical exercise, animals and nature to create a space for healing and growth to occur. I am an EMDR trained therapist and utilize this evidenced-based treatment in session for processing and healing from Trauma, PTSD, Panic, Anxiety & Depression.

My loving, majestic canine, Thor, is usually found in my office offering his calm, supportive presence to my clients.  Thor offers a non-verbal avenue for expression and processing and enhances therapeutic techniques through relieving stress and creating a safe, grounded space for clients.

I offer sessions utilizing ground-based, equine assisted activities with miniature donkeys.  Because equine rely exclusively on non-verbal communication, they have a keenly attuned emotional sense. These beautiful, wise animals are silent listeners and help to identify and bring a greater awareness to the soundless language of feelings and emotions. In their quiet and calm way, they reflect back to us our emotional truth so that we can transform and heal.

At Living Fulfilled, our primary mission is to provide an environment in which you feel at ease and truly connected, — one that gives you, not just a therapy session, but a healing experience each visit.
